I think my older cousin is hitting on me?

And I don’t know what to do. I didn’t think much of it until my dad pointed it out to me and told me we need to stay away from each other. My cousin is three years older, he is 21 and I’m 18. For some context, I’ve known who he was my whole life but we only saw each other maybe every four years. So we definitely didn’t start off having that familial bond. The last time I saw him I was 14 and he was 17, and looking back I think he may have been lowkey flirting with me at that point too, I was just too young to realize it. What happened today was a family reunion (bc of covid) and he was there. He sat next to me almost the entire time with his arm around my chair. We got really playful with each other despite not having seen him for years. My cousin is the type of guy who always has a girlfriend, so he was bragging to me about all the girls he’s been with and we started making sexual jokes (NOT towards each other tho), just in general. I didn’t think anyone was paying my attention, but I guess my dad heard and he thinks it’s inappropriate for us to talk about intimate things like that. The last time I saw him at 14, I remember he would tell me he’d be down to help me sneak out if I ever wanted to hangout with him. I think that’s a little weird to say that to a family member, but I could be overthinking. I don’t want to jump to conclusions by just what happened today, but I kind of see my dad’s point because at one point today, my cousin and I started wrestling playfully. Like he pulled me under his arm and I had my arms around his waist kicking his legs. I want to blow it off as just his way of bonding with me, but thinking about all the stuff he’s said to me I don’t know if my dad is right. If anyone could share their thoughts on this from a guy’s perspective, please help me out.
