Are they in your life you need to cut them out of your life without one word. Because then that way you are saying so much to them without saying one word. The moment you say one word or anyting to them, then they know exactly what you're doing. But if you say nothing they know nothing and that way they can never ever use it against you. And you will eat at them wondering WTF. A player is a manipulator a user in such a sort of way they can only use you by the words that you speak. So if you say nothing they have nothing they can try all they want and they will but once you shut them down it's over. This is the only way that they can feel what they have made you feel
