Why do people talk to me all day call me a slut and that i am jeleous of their girlfriend and that i am mentally? When they are now only strangers in my life?

First stop thinking being a slut is a bad thing. If you sleep around a lot or not doesn't make you a good or bad person. Just makes you a person. Second you're always going to find hate in this world you have to learn to ignore it as noise.
Third the only reason a girl calls another girl a slut is because they are jealous, they know that they are attractive and huge competition to them with the guys, so instead of trying to make themselves look better they want you to look worse.
Fourth only toxic people call each other names I would seriously suggest getting better friends ones that build you up not tear you down.

No a group of people targeting me and I do not know them they target me everyday and make sure i hear these words without fail.

Then that's just a toxic group of people that like to put others down. If can just avoid them and of not then you can either ignore it, tell them off, or fuck with their head by embracing it.
