You should tell him that your worried about getting on the bike and see his reaction. If he tries to assure you he will be careful he's probably being serious. Tell him if you have limits. Like tell him you want to but make it clear that popping wheelies ans driving like a maniac while you ride will definitely piss you off. It's totally okay to make that clear first.

Also men love to show off a girl on the back seat of their motorcycle so this is honestly probably a little bit of flex on his part. He wants to show you off a bit, if that changes your thoughts on the scenario at all.

But ultimately if you don't feel comfortable doing it tell him and donr be afraid to stand firm on the word NO if you don't feel comfortable.
