Personally, I see through the facade of vanity, and self obsession that is makeup and putting too much effort into the look.

Another reason could be when you're all dressed up, you're beauty is more intimidating. All men are intimidated by pretty women. The difference is some of us choose courage in those moments.

But yea I just mean, there is something more attractive (to me) about the woman who looks kinda homely.
