Would you try to talk to him and risk him feelings embarrassment and loss of masculinity.
Or would you silently leave without him knowing you are there and come back when he is not as sad so he can save his dignity.

Trending & News From a Man's point of view..."suck it up" and Move on, normaly a man shoult be ALPHA ti'll he dies... if he comes to a point/phase in life that he feels like cryinv, then is better to do it "out" of the preying eyes, as he will face a lot of wrath from "others"... these days you can't show... Softnes, Weaknes, as it will bring you down in many ways...
@jamiematt as you should, fuck emotional turmoil. and anyone who uses alpha and expects to be taken seriously lol
@jamiematt It's called being emotionally unstable.
I would do some acting - make a noise somewhere nearby to give him an idea about my arrival, after some time I would be like: "Oh hey, wassup?" followed by some joke as usual. When my fellas are down on mood, I don't pry, but I always try to somehow get to the root of the problem and then decide if it's worth discussing or not.
Generally, maybe leaving him to his thoughts seem like the best option at that very moment, but men also need to be reassured and cheered up. Lightweight talk whilst giving him no clue I saw him being depressed is the option I'd go for.
Honestly if I am crying and I’m clearly facing away from the person it means I do not want to talk to you about it. Obviously! If someone wants to talk to you when crying they will face you and make it obvious.
It’s not about embarrassment. People cry. People cry quite a bit, and it’s not really your business unless they invite you into it.
i think they'd go in a bathroom if they actually wanted privacy.
I would hug him, and then lead him to a quiet area so he can talk and I can listen to him without someone around.
I'll probably cry too, people have a way to impact me whether they are mad or crying. That's just how I am. That guy better be ok having a crying buddy around because I do cry.

I wouldn't bother whether he would be embarrassed or not as just straight up go and comfort him as that's what I would feel to do. I would try to make him understand that we are first human beings before being distinguished as masculine and feminine.
It’d depend on the type of man he is. If I know he’d feel embarrassed or whatever then I’d leave and that’s if I can without being seen. I wouldn’t just get up and leave once he started getting emotional. At that point I’d just give him a hug. But if we’re close and he’s comfortable with me I’d comfort him without hesitation.
I would approach him in a way that is gentle and gives him the option for me to console him in a way that won't be embarrassing or demasculating. If he doesn't want it then lend an ear and shoulder to let him know you care and are there for him.
Just comfort the guy, if he's crying then he doesn't give 2 fucks about "loss of masculity" bullshit.
Men can cry too but they cry quite less. This means if he's crying, then something really terrible happened. He won't ask for it but just don't leave them alone with their thoughts ( unless they ask you to )
I would. Guys crying is my weak spot. I just wanna hug them close and tell them everything will be ok. For some reason it triggers me to comfort and I can't stand the sight of them crying
@jamiematt thank you!
It's in my nature to try and comfort them, my emotions are easily affected by others' so I couldn't just let that go. It would haunt me for the rest of my life. If he'd let me, I'd hug him, hold him, and ask him if he wants me to distract him (platonically, like talk about my day or smth) or if he wants to talk about it, or just silence.
I would definitely ask and comfort. I see no shame in crying personally and would like to bring that over to them.
Of course I’d comfort him. I’m not a great person but I’m not that callous. I actually give a shit about people I love.
I don't really know how to comfort a crying person. I just wait till they are done and then ask them what happened. Then I see if I can do anything to make them feel better.
I would ask if he was okay. Guys sometimes don't like to show emotions but everyone needs someone who cares.
If I cry, I do it in private. I know a crying man can inspire motherly love in a woman, but nothing is less sexy.
Of course I'd comfort him!
Women are not attracted to men when men cry 😐
that's about as attractive as a short and moneyless man. Or like fat girls for us.
I'd ask what's wrong, and depending on whether or not I could, I'd comfort them.
I would go to comfort him
I would comfort him, I will do my best though.
I'd give him a hug and help him to calm down.
Bless your soul
I would try to calm him
I would comfort him
Depends why he's crying
