Guy is denying his feelings for me and playing mine games. Will he ever stop or will he forever be like this?

We’ve had this thing between us for 7 months now. I ended things a couple months ago because I was upset with him but then we got back in touch and are cool now. he has always played mind games from the start. he's kinda an odd person. looking at his exes (I don’t mean to be mean) but they’re not very attractive, like kinda manly?
I’ve always gotten compliments and told I’m a really pretty person (not trying to sound like I’m bragging I swear). My friends told me I’m out of his league and that’s why he’s playing games? I don’t believe in leagues? I genuinely like the guy even if he’s odd and awkward. But he’ll say one thing (like he isn’t that interested and it’s me who is) and then his behavior will show he is more interested than he lets on (like he’ll ask to see me, or his body language has obv signs)

Anyways, he’s moving out of country for 6 months so we’re taking that time for ourselves and just staying in contact til he comes back. Our last conversation on the phone we cleared the air, talked it through and ended saying to stay in touch and wish each other well. Then he turns around and continues to play games. Like he waited a week until he accepted my friend follow on Instagram even though he was online and added a fake account I sent him. Like why do that? I don’t understand?

Yeah well that's the first time I've EVER heard of it. I think it's safe to say I've known plenty more dudes than you too, but what do I know. Also, you 'witnessing it' doesn't mean anything! That means that's what YOU thought happened... understand the difference.

Bingo! And her responses are a veiled attempt to show she has control over the outcome. Claiming he did x so that means y. We all want to know why the opposite gender does what they do. And both genders have their own proclivities but beyond that we're individuals. One thing's for certain it does sound like she's put in enough time with this guy to get a clear answer. Now she needs to realize she does have more control than she realizes. No not the ability to make him commit to her. But the ability to walk away. And regardless of how he feels about it never pay him any mind again. She needs to realize she's giving this guy WAY to much power over her being. A person should add to your existing joy. Not make you question everything. If that be the case it's a toxic relationship.
