This guy asked me a question and after i answered he just stared (while smiling) what does that mean? He blinked slowly and gazed into my eyes for a long time
it was low key weird lol but for some reason i couldn’t look away, my eyes were locked.

First of all, not a single person on the planet but that guy knows what he was thinking or doing. So nobody is going to give you a good answer.

That being said, he could be thinking about what you said and was really focused. He could find you to be very attractive and found looking at you to be pleasing. He could have zoned out and lost track of what he was doing. Maybe he is a total creep and just wanted to stare at you and see how you would react.
