Why did he make it obvious he was staring?

So I had a crush on a guy at my college a while back who I've never spoken to. He also knew about my feeling through his friends and because I would always smile and appear "coincidentally" where he was (not stalker mode... You know walk pass him a couple of time and show him what I got, wear red lipstick, and etc) lol i kind of gave up 2 months back because I knew I wasn't going to approach. Anyways, I'm really attractive. I have a nice face and body, so i am not missing in the look department. Just recently he saw me from a distance with his head turned my direction, he decides that instead of having his head turn to look back at me, he was going to turn his whole chair facing my direction and stare at me from a far away distance like 50 feet, lol. He looks at me directly like he wasn't afraid to show it. what could it mean? Also, I am 100% and I MEAN 100% he was staring at me. Because eh would linger his stare as i kept walking.

He's a pansy. If he knows how you feel about him then his ass would have asked you out a long time ago.

Let's say he's not a pansy. He's a confident guy. Then WTF is it taking him so long to ask you out when he already knows how you feel and how receptive you are? It means he doesn't care enough about you or he's teasing you because he knows you like him.

Maybe you're ugly to him. Attractiveness is purely subjective. I think Angelina Jolie is Hideous! And that's not a lie. Obviously a lot of people think she's pretty but... well, I still think she's ugly. That's just how people are.

Don't take it to heart, don't worry about it. It really seems to me like you ARE pretty. You're putting way too much emphasis in your looks.

What else is there about you that would attract this guy? Are you cool? Do you play sports? Are you good to strangers?

And to answer your question. I'm a nice outgoing person. I'm family oriented. I respect myself. I'm a A and B student at my college. I do admit the chasinf aster him was fun, thrilling and hilarious. Who knows he probably had fun seeing me try to get his attention constantly. He's a security guard by the way at my college.
