As a female, what should I do when my male colleague watches me as I walked pass him?

you can tell him not to stare if you are not interested in him or simply tell him to say something if he has to. try not to make this a big deal. if the issue is not solved you can just tell some friend of yours to do it, someone who has a bold personality if female or someone who can threaten him if male

walk slowly towards him next time in shades and pull out a shotgun then shout get down, and then... tell him to follow you into the women's bathroom, hide him in one of the toilets, then go back out turn on your shotgun firing sounds on the phone.

Ugh. I hate that. What worked for me with my boss was making hard eye contact with him while he stared. Once he realized I could SEE him, he either stopped doing it or got a lot more subtle.

I’d avoid walking past him if I could. I’d say go to HR but I doubt you can report someone for just looking.
