Does it make guys view a girl differently or intimidate him if she asks him out faster? Like would he put in less effort later and would it turn him off?

This really depends on him and unfortunately yes, it's turnoff for some guys. They want to chaise a prey. Some guys don't have enough courage to ask you out, so you will have to do..
