If you're following her around intentionally without her permission and its not because you have a legitimate reason, (ex: you have to give paperwork, or she dropped something, etc) then it's not ok. It's scary, and if she said no after you asked her out, it's even worse.

I have no idea to be honest. I have never been the shy guy nd more than half of the relationships I've had the girls usually ask me out. Specially back in high school since i was 2nd wrestler champion at school. Back then i rejected many girls and now i do still reject everyone since i have finally found my soulmate.
