How do I move forward?

It's been 2 years since my ex left me. We were engaged and I am still having a hard time moving on from a nearly 4 year relationship. He was able to move on easily even though he said he would always love me which is hard to believe. His reason for leaving me was because he claimed I didn't respect him and that we had too many arguments. I would bring up the way he would treat me by downloading pictures of other women in his phone as well as gawking at half naked women online, but when it came to me he would make jokes about my hair, clothes, weight, etc. But then he would turn around and tell me that I'm beautiful. The same compliments he gave me, he would give to other women while we were together. It's like he didn't respect the relationship at all. Plenty of comments about my weight while laughing and most times wouldn't apologize.
How do I move forward?
