Is he worth my time or is he just a player?

This coach at my gym spent an entire class hour flirting with another girl in front of me. During the hour he’d go back and forth between the 2 of us and I’d ignore him/disengage because I felt that he was looking for a reaction from me so I didn’t want to give him one. At the end of the class he was frustrated with me and me with him. The following day he was still frustrated with me and left early during the time that he normally hangs around me. Next class, he didn’t flirt with the girl but only paid attention to me instead. I began avoiding him and his classes thinking that it’d calm things down. I returned to class after a few weeks then the following day he snuck off to the showers to hookup with the same girl where I could see them. I thought he liked me/still does because he’s always hanging around me, staring at me, & treats me differently than he does other women. I like him and always have but his behavior gives me a lot of doubts about his character so I’ve never felt comfortable sharing my feelings with him. I know we’re not in a relationship so he doesn’t owe me anything but still. They could have just left the gym and went home. Me seeing this makes me feel as if he just wants to make me jealous but maybe it’s not about me at all! Who knows!

The only person that can answer that question is you. It seems that this coach was trying to get whatever comes with ease to him. Nonetheless, if you truly want to be with someone who behaves like that even just to make you jealous, then go for it; if you could not, then do all your best to move on.

I didn’t say they were having sex in the shower. They snuck off to the showers together. One then the other. That’s what I saw not them actually having sex

That's not what you said You said they snuck off to the showers to hookup.. you don't know that! ... you were very misleading and trying to add drama. You don't know that they had sex, you just assume so. Then you present it as fact... which makes me think you are exaggerating many parts of this story.

They didn't sneak anything, are these coed showers? Wasn't aware I could shower with women at Crossfit. How about locker rooms? Those coed too? I think you believe everything this guy does has to do with you, which is very likely not the case.

As I said above, I never felt comfortable telling him how I feel because of the behavior that I’ve been seeing.
