Yes, easily. Fake boobs are perfectly round and not teardrop-shaped, they don't sag at all and seem to defy gravity, they're often harder than they should be and not too soft at all, and if the surgeon is really bad, the girl will have what I call "Grand Canyon Cleavage" where her breasts are super far apart on her chest and basically near her armpit level to where they never touch (usually happens when a flat-chested woman gets boobs too big for her frame). Fake boobs look too "perfect" and thus, you can tell they're fake. Real big boobs sag.

Yes. And it is an instant black flag of relationship death for me. Some guys tell me they like it. Some guys tell me that they cannot tell the diff. I can tell and I don’t like falsies very much. Humanity did just fine before corporations started selling low self esteem and methods to “fix” the low self esteem they just sold you. Flat is so often even more sexy than falsies. Some you can tell, some you can't.
Naturals are soft and squishy and jiggle. Bolt-ons are hard and pert. And a giant fail.

Some implants are really well done and hard to tell but a lot of others are done poorly and makes it obvious. Looks like the girl has water balloons strapped to her chest
