Honestly preferred to grow up as a man, I have a very traditional family and my mother does not believe in doing anything about infidelity or abuse. In her culture she stand by her man not matter if she is abused to the point of death and men get to have fun so that when they are older they can work and provide money for the family.
It's not fun being a girl, I rebeled against my mother's beliefs and was a Tom boy, told her I would not clean a thing until I saw my brothers clean as well.
Funny thing is I enjoy cleaning but it will annoy me if anyone tries to take me for granted, I won't allow it.
Not to mention hormones, being harassed constantly by men, being seen as weak, being seen as a subject of opinions (not that I care though it's just annoying as hell), if not obedient seen as a disappointment, being treated with less affection and more tough love. Judged for not "Acting" like a girl.
Luckily I was raised by my brothers, but I still wish I had their treatment as a woman, I'm not afraid to use my strengths.
Overall it's not easy being a girl, I would prefer men's struggle's. As a person in general I love me, and you will get through those shitty struggles too. Don't give up on you. ❤️

Your poll options are terrible. I don't just think it's OK to be a man, I WANT to be a man. Having irrrational emotional swings are not desirable at all. I've also heard periods are painful. I know they're essential for certain processes but I find idea of excreting foul-smelling waste blood disgusting. Child birth is also painful apparently.
All of these things on top of obsessing over their looks and being inclined to do stupid TikTok dances just make me even happier I wasn't born a woman. Constantly lurking on Social Media and having the urge to travel the world to get pictures for Instagram is another peeve I have. I am aware that not all women act like this and some men do but I'm sure being born a woman would increase the likelihood of me being this type of character.
Some people may make the argument, "if you were a woman, you would like doing these things!" which I understand, but as I am now, I look at that and see how uninteresting that lifestyle would be compared to what I can choose to do as a man. Keep in mind that although women and men have the same options in the western world, there are stigmas associated with a woman doing certain things and likewise with men doing other things.

Being a man can be demanding especially when it come to responsibility and learning how to step up the the plate when it is needed. Military personal have to get way down to the nit-gritty in times of war, protection of one's family and friends or when he come the the face of death and he can't afford to loose. Like being in the jungle and you realize you are being stocked or hunted by a man killer animal. You either win that battle or become the meal. But know this, there is no being more deadly on earth than man. Give him time to learn his environment and he will dominate the creatures in it or develop knowledge and respect to coexist within it. But in today's world its much easier. And growing up I loved it. I could do things most girls could not get away with because of less restrictions but we were also held responsible for our sisters, little brothers and even go to work to pay your own way or even to help finance the family. When I was a young teen I loved nothing more than the sweet girls. And always remember, it is through them that we learned to become a man. So always remember it is from Mothers, Grandmothers, Wives, Aunts, Sisters, Female Cousins and the Women and Girls of society the we develop in becoming a man. Not that it is all of it but they play a very major role. They teach us to be loving, kind tender and considerate, dedicated and devoted. But they also teach you blood how to boil with passion both good and bad. And all of this thing make to happy at times, sad at times, mad at times and even bad at times. But I would not trade it for the world.
Life isn't easy for anyone. But I LOVE being male. Being able to do bold, challenging, athletic things; not having to spend hours grooming and dressing; easier clothing choices. And I absolutely adore women. I like being taller and stronger, and being looked up to as someone who can make them feel safe and secure. To be able to reach things that are up high in cupboards, open jars, carry heavy objects, repair things, build things. And I LOVE making love to a sexy, lustful, heterosexual woman who loves cock.
Being a woman would be WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY f*cking easier in life (at least, in the West). But I'd still rather be a man, even if that means I'm guaranteed to be alone for life, because periods suck, and so does having smaller upper body strength and height. Those are the downsides to women... they have upsides... like their multitasking ability and superhuman strength.
Not really. Oh, there are certainly downsides, but that's true of being a woman, too- and being a man means you''re (somewhat) in a better position to do something about the problems you have. We don't get empathy, but we DO get respect that women don't. We get a LOT more leeway in what social expectations we choose to accept (though we do have far more of them), and we have far more ability to reshape the world to our desires.

Being a man is a difficult, lonely, thankless and exhausting life. Everyone expects you to step up, take control and fill in the gaps with little appreciation for your hard work. Unless you have a dominant or extremely social personality you’re ignored, avoided or invisible.

I would say that each gender/sex tends to have its own advantages and disadvantages. In the end, everyone is dealt with different cards sp it's really up to you what you do with those cards, yeah some people have it much easier than others but there are also some people that are doing much worse than you are so be grateful for that.
