Is he actually sick or is he ghosting me?

I went out with this guy on Friday and we've had 2 dates since then and everything went sooo amazing. Super sweet guy, same humor, great texting, the whole package. However, on the day of our third date, he got sick and I told him to stay home despite his objections. A couple of hours after that conversation, he stopped responding and I assumed he fell asleep because he had a headache. The next day, I asked him if everything was alright and he said that when he gets sick, he gets reclusive and has a hard time responding and didn't text again the entire day. The next day, I sent him a text saying I was thinking of him and that I hoped he felt better with no response. Since then (3 days), he has not texted me and I haven't texted him. Is he actually sick or is this him ghosting me? I see him active on instagram but he hasn't texted me and I don't know what to think )-: The day of our third date, his energy was still there and conversation wasn't dry at all so I don't think there were/are any signs of ghosting but I just want to be sure.

It’s early in the relationship or friendship whatever you wanna call it but keep an eye open and only time will tell you should have all your answers before October 1 One way or the other
