Why does my ex keep saying he has to warm back up to me and distance himself from em all the time when he hurt me?

After me and my boyfriend broke up he was awful he told me to kill myself online had his friends harass me through text and online said I was a worthless white girl wanna be always gonna live at home and be nothing and but before we broke up he would make negative comments ant my body and say I was too dark my nose was big ok was too skinny so we broke up after three days of his BS he had the audacity to block ME and say he didn't wanna ta finally he did text me again but had continued to say he need to warm up to em. And he's not ready to go back to how things were yet he hurt me sent me intp. depression form everything

Huh, just ignore him. Maybe he is just trying to get back to u and hurt u some more bit is not really worth it for what he have done. I feel that you need to block him and ignore him. Just find a better friend who u can trust.

Why do you care? Stop talking to him and move on. Block him if you have to.

Distance yourself from him. He's your ex for a reason. He's gaslighting you into thinking you were the problem and it's working. You need to block him normal relationships are not like this.
