No, I'm not being mean or cruel. Trust me when I say I don't like someone, they've done or said something to warrant it as it takes a lot to make me dislike a person.

Well I'd have to say that depended on why I didn't like them. If it's because they are a total dick to people and deserve it then I'd sit back in smug enjoyment. But if it was someone I didn't like because of my own hang ups I'd probably still offer to help. I have helped people who've needed it in the past that I didn't like just because that was the right thing to do and I was in a position to help. I think it's important to understand why you don't like someone, a lot of the time is just because of the way that person makes you feel about yourself and not because they are a bad person.

I have mixed feelings about this. I don't like people to suffer so I would feel kinda bad about someone I dislike being ruined like that. But at the same time my feelings for that person won't change and I wouldn't be too sad

I would be there come to their defences, I have before and I'll do it again. My first bully and I are friends now because I stood up and helped her when this group of people messing with her. We see still friends to this day

It'd be too tiresome to care about how their lives are. I don't feel glad/sad just because their lives are bad/nice.

I care only about myself, and the people I really like. I feel happy only for my lucky life.

I would feel a little indifferent. I'm not evil enough to kick them while they're down or laugh at them or mock them. But silently, I'd feel like it was karma coming to them (even though I know for sure karma isn't real). I'd just give a Jerry Seinfeld-esque "Ah that's too bad" and go about my day.

I am a Christian first, which means my first goal is to love my neighbor, even if I do not like them. God's command comes above my personal feelings. I keep to myself by nature , and also don't relish suffering of others. There are few I truly dislike. However if it was a really serious offence , ie , causing death / serious harm , with malicious intent , to my loved ones of any species , I would stick the boot in... literally too

The only two people I genuinely dislike are only out of prison because I refused to prosecute. At the time where prosecution was available there was video evidence. Granted that happened about 13 years ago and I think the people who recorded it couldn't find the recordings even if they still have them.
