How can I tell if he blocked my number?

I feel like I’m annoying this guy ;( I liked his message that’s all. It sent and then all of a sudden couple hours later it said message not delivered to me liking it. Tried to resend but didn’t work. My connection these days been weird but do u think he blocked me and that’s why it’s doing that?

You're referring to normal phone texting right?
When I've blocked someone and when someone has blocked me the messages still send.
For example.
On my android phone i blocked a girl who was very terrible to me. She continued to message me after she had calmed down and tried to make amends (she wronged me greatly) and i had her blocked so of course i never got the messages.
One day i was checking my settings and realized i actually had received over 6 texts from her over 3 or 4 months of her asking me to talk to her/if i blocked her/ missing me etc.
I didn't unblock her but the messages still went through to me.
When an ex of mine broke up with me she blocked my # to make a clean break it seems.
I wasn't aware. We had a great relationship for 3 years and it ended suddenly. I had messaged her 2-3 times after a month of silence to see if she wanted to talk. She had me blocked but i received no notification. The way i knew she blocked me was when i called her it went straight to voicemail instantly. I tested this 1 or 2 more times and it happened each time.
When a number blocks you your calls auto go to voicemail.
Im not sure if the voicemails even go through.

So it doesn't tell you if you've been blocked.

Messaging apps sometimes do.
