Blocked numbers on his phone?

My partner works away last time he came home he had blocked mobile numbers. One number when I Google is on many different Ghana escort agencies and advertised on many profile pages with different names and photos.

Yeh, ofcourse. Asked all the questions, he just can’t answer. Claims the numbers are from girls who work on the rigs. He’s never cheated blah blah. This is the only number that comes up in a Google search from the numbers he had blocked. Iv tried phoning and messaging but can’t get through. Apart from finding this number there is nothing in our relationship that makes me doubt him. I know the answer is staring me in the face, was just looking to see if anyone else had similar? Or know why one number can be attached to so many sites and different girls
