Short answer: no way.

Longer answer: Assuming we're talking about single, straight, non-asexual men, there are a very, very few exceptions to the rule (which is always the case), but the vast, overwhelming percentage of such men cannot be "just friends" and there's really little in it for a man to be "just friends." That's like asking for someone who is starving to death to come to your restaurant, full of the smells of food, to volunteer to bus tables, but not paying them or giving them anything to eat. Men want sex like a person who is literally starving to death wants food, and being around the thing you are desperate for without being able to get any is actually kind of like torture.

"BUT!" you say, "I have guy friends."

No, you probably don't. You just think you do. What you actually have are guys in your "Friend Zone" - guys who you've shown no sexual interest in, but who you still want attention and favors from (what you call "being friends"). Those guys are only accepting a Friend Zone position because it keeps them in your orbit, so that - they're hoping - one day you'll either realize "he's actually a good guy; maybe I should date HIM!" (which almost never happens), OR, one day your boyfriend will break up with you, or will cheat on you, or you'll otherwise be lonely and heartbroken and are just desperate for an escape, and he'll be there to "help you out" of that situation.

Ask yourself this: if you went to your guy friend and said "You're such a great friend, and we're both alone right now, and could use some sexual comfort. Would you be willing to have sex with me?", do you think your guy "friend" would do what an actual friend would do and turn you down, or do you think he'd jump at the chance? If you say the latter, then that guy is NOT "just friends" with you, and if you say the former, there's about a 90% chance that you're completely mistaken.

All men know this, but for some reason, most women either don't know it or are in denial about it. That's why so many women say "yes, it's possible to be 'just friends' with a guy" and all men say "hell no!"

Yes we can. I don't know why people think we can not control ourselves. I have several female friends I find attractive. It depends on each case as to why I don't try being more than friends with them. They may be in a relationship, I might know that I just am not the type they usually date. Just because they are attractive doesn't mean I become a zombie that has no control.
