What happens if I'm a woman who feels I will never have a moment of fun (NOT talking about sinning/fornicating) because I am very calculated restrained self controlled reasonable and rational?

I am scared and sad I will always be the 'mommy' of everyone whether they know it or not (many people see me as dumber than them or something but they simply don't understand me. I actually am very caring and considerate and thoughtful to an extreme). And scared I will never get to experience a moment to let loose.

Without wanting to offend you, your approach to the situation is like those having an OCD.

Because you cannot relax enough to enjoy life as others see it (or do), you will always want to be in control of every possible situation and that is slowly eating you away. There is only one way to try to remedy to your compulsive requirements and that would be to seek the help of a professional that is familiar with the psychology of OCD.

It is very difficult to get positive results without the assistance of someone that is confronted with those situations and know how to handle them.

It is easy to say "just relax", but to someone with an issue like yours, you cannot stop overthinking every possible situation because stopping it, puts you in such an uncomfortable situation.

Well it's your mind that is making you behave this way and you can change it to a certain degree so it's up to you to figure it out.

Spontaneity is one form of fun, but you can have fun in a pre-set situation too. There's something else behind all of what you describe, and it would behoove you to find out what it is. I'd talk to an expert counselor about it.

It is hard to always be looking out for people and not being seen as an equal because of that. Not being able to be seen as anything other than maybe a caregiver or parental figure would suck because you're more than that, you're your own person. I don't know honestly, but Im sure there's people out there who will see you're qualities as an addition to your person instead of defining you.
