How do guys show sadness?

How do they show they're depressed or sad about something? What are the signs? In females it's easy to tell but for guys it's hidden I think

If we are not away from everybody else when we are sad and you will see tears coming down out of her eyes down our cheeks I can't speak for all guys but for me that's what happens if tears are coming down my face whatever it is that I'm sad about really hurt me and meant a lot to me yes big boys cry too

I can't say about others but for me it's hard to express if i am sad , depressed or happy i will be always kinda smiling... But ya... if you will observe me you can find that. And adding on it i don't share anything wid anyone.. not even my friends not even my mother, father wid no one. It's all inside me.

You see it only when a man doesn't think you're looking. His eyes become glazed or dim, he's unshaved and he has wrinkles of weariness around his eyes.
He seem lost in thought, stares into the distance and somtimes take deep breaths for no reason. That's when he's pondering what troubles him.

I think a lot of guys hide their feelings. We were brought up to not show our weaknesses

We suck it up because no one cares. If a man talks about depression or weakness people will destroy him. We know no one is coming to help.

You will notice they are more lazy or lethargic. Some may withdraw to their man cave or sleep more
