It reminds me of the very rare, special "highly evolved" type of straight guy, who are chill & have to be comfortable, secure, & relaxed in their own sexuality, ... because they wisely know where to find some quality straight chicks -- by visiting gay male clubs, with laser focus on their mission, ... knowing that in addition to all the guys there, that they're also known to be FULL of hot, fun, outgoing straight 'gal pals' females (fag hags as they used to be called) who are completely having a blast, at ease, with their guard down, hanging with all their gay boy friends, & know that there's practically no competition to be found anywhere & have them all to themselves! Obviously, they are not being perused by the packs of gay boys, so they can have their pick - know what I mean?
But the average idiot jock would never be able to focus, or execute that -- or be secure enough not to be able to get past or worry about stupid stuff like a guy hitting on him, or something stupid like that.

Yes, that’s most likely the reason for them working there. A women’s store in the mall here (Aldo) has one guy that works there. The store has no dress code and all of his female coworkers dress like they’re at the club, with belly shirts, heels, miniskirts, etc. I’m pretty sure that’s the reason he works there. They are always flirting with him too.

I work for Victoria Secret and the reason I work there is I can get a discount on my purchases for my girlfriend. So I wouldn't say that it is the only reason a guy works in a women's apparel shop.
