If you don't know what sagging your pants is it's when your pants are pulled down a little bit. I don't understand the appeal, it's not cool at all in my opinion.

It’s pathetic but a fashion influenced by hip hop and related music genres. Am talking about fashion in the current generations, not how it started or the reasons behind, which might differ.
