No, and I've never once heard any other guy say those things either.
Here's my example, a paraphrased exchange between me and my aunt.
Aunt Barb: So you still with Bette?
Me: Ya, about six months now.
Aunt: Are you serious about her?
Me: Ya, she's a nice lady..

They might say something if asked. But other guys aren’t likely to ask. As for family it would be someone like a mother or sister asking.
