Do guys know when they do this?

When a guy is toying with your emotions. Leading you on. Won’t answer you if this is something or not. They say the right things, so the right things to make you think they like you but then are sleeping with other people and/or not interested in anything but you being an ego boost and emotional support.
do they know that their fucking with someone’s emotions and they just don’t care? Or do they not know what their doing that to someone?

See if a guy is sleeping wid other girls and saying that no he likes you then beleive me don't trust on him. And these kinda guys just want fun and love sleeping around new girls.

They always know what they do. Its up to you to be in charge of your émotions. I think you could address to him and point out his bad behaviour in a calm and living way , and let him deal with the problems in his Life

Totally understand that. And I’ve decided to be done. I’m just wondering if he knows that he’s playing off someone’s emotions and using someone. Or at least did. Because I won’t explain it to him when he releases / understands after a while that I’m not upset, I’m just done and won’t go back to being that person. I’m just done.

Trust me, he knows that he is playing with your emotions and possible that of several other girls simultaneously. To him, it makes for a "feel-good" story for his mates as to how several girls can't get enough of his charms. I'm a guy and I still don't understand how this shallow act is considered a case for bragging rights. Disgusted!
