Boyfriend's brother secretly attracted to me?

I'll try to make this a short as possible.

Known my boyfriend 9 years, been together for 4.

From the beginning my boyfriend noticed his brother would check me out when he 1st started bringing me around but he just shrugged it off. After I had my 1st son and moved in with his family, my bro in law started doing everything with me because he was the only one home with me while everyone worked later on in the day.

We worked out together, 3-6 mile long walks with my son, run errands, took my baby and I out with his coworkers/friends to eat a few times a month. Go to the pool with me to take my son. etc.

I felt like we were bonding really well and really enjoyed the company and help with my son. I didn't feel weird about it. My boyfriend told me he didn't like me hanging out with him so much and didn't want me going out to eat with him anymore which immediately I found weird and so did his brother because... thats his brother so we're basically all family.

Because of that it got me thinking and paranoid. I feel like maybe I'm looking for signs to get some closure. Only thing I find weird is he does lock eyes with me very often in an uncomfortable gaze that lasts for a good 3 to 5 long seconds and it's always me who looks away 1st.

I've started to wonder is it possible maybe he has a small crush, or maybe he finds me physically attractive and is hiding it because that would be forbidden? I just want some closure because its all so confusing and weird.

Knowing nothing but what you've told me, yeah, he probably does. But if he's not doing anything inappropriate, I don't see the problem. My old roommate had a crush on my wife while she was living with us, but he never made a move, and has since gotten his own wife.

Yes this seems like this may be exactly what it is for us. Not a problem, just very curious after my boyfriend stated that he has these weird jealous feelings about his brother and I. It made me wonder if he sees something I'm oblivious to is all.

My distant cousin had a crush on my older brother when she was young. It was gross, and she was like “Do you think cousins can get married?” To her mom while asking about my brother. She obviously got over it and is married now. I’ve also had an older lady who was interested in my uncle trying to flirt with me. It was disgusting. I wasn’t trying to get her attention, but she would always check me out. Weird thing is that she was like 40 when I was 17 I believe. Good thing my uncle wasn’t interested in her, or else I would have to see her. Just give it time, they’ll get over it.

Yeah he probably has been attracted to you for years. He probably doesn’t want to show it either, as he knows it’s wrong, but he can’t magically get rid of his feelings either. Probably continue to be friendly, but maybe try to avoid the weird long eye contact moments.

Not at all, just very curious what it is that makes my boyfriend feel insecure about his brother and I. He helps out with both my kids and is just a cool dude whose supposed to be like my brother. So why would it bother my boyfriend, I've asked him but he seemed almost too embarrassed to give me an answer and my brother in law thinks its weird too and doesn't understand what he thinks is going to happen?
