mentally stable men can compartmentalize their previous relationship & focus on their current partner. Of course there's a lot of guys that go nuts after a break up though. Those usually don't take their medication & lose their shit. Guys can move on pretty easily. But a lot of men in recent times have been raise up like girls, so the amount of the men who can't handle it are increasing a lot more. Soon all men are going to be like that. Before it use to only be men who grew up with single moms that would be like that. They would hate their dad & any kind of man. They would act very emotional. Those boys usually get very hostile when another boy wants to be their friend & will call them homosexual slurs. Everything is gay in their minds. Even if the guy friend just wants to his friend & nothing romantic he flips the fuck out. Every time I saw a kid talking like that I knew he probably grew up on welfare with a single mom. But nowadays even with two parents a lot of boys are emotional like that. Oh shit, side tangent. Fuck sorry.

Well I delete them on social media so I don't have to see them flaunt rebound or fuck buddy. I throw away gifts or donate them. I know myself enough that nothing good will come of it. That being said, that means I still do care about the ex, and that is because we were in love and there was chemistry. Do I still think about fucking her, sure. Do I remember the good times, of course. But I also allow my feelings to come and go, which helps in the getting over aspect of it.

Oh nah, I don't follow any of the gals I was into or with on social media and every now and again I do think about them. In a lot of different ways, miss em hate em want em back etc. But that doesn't mean I go back and hit them up or try to pursue them. It ended for a reason, but I think forgetting them negates the growth and learning from the time together!
