My boyfriend and I barely talk or hangout anymore?

He guys, so a little back story. i’m not a confident person. i bring up the past too often and i pick fights for every little thing. my boyfriend used to like girls pictures on social media and he used to dm them saying they are pretty. we both were very immature back than, maybe we still are, who knows. anyway, i still bring it up all the time. i’m scared and worried that he is still doing it but he promised that he said he doesn’t anymore. so bringing up the past and never brining good vibes when i’m around him now we barely talk or hangout anymore. he’s working all the time (with his friends). he doesn’t text or calls. yesterday he called me and we spoke for 2 mins. I don't know? is causing too much drama pushing him away?
