I am so much emotionally attached to my little dog. I can only imagine your pain and sympathize for you. I am so sorry for your loss 🙏🏻 just know that your little friend is in heaven as deserved and now is looking at you with a big smile 🥰

No, I would be almost weirded out if he didn't cry.
I haven't had a dog myself, but I understand the people who do really care about their dogs, it's more than natural to cry when someone you love dies.

If I was dating him, a close friend, or in a relationship, I would hug him tight and be there for him.

I suspect for many, if not most women, it would be turned off. Regardless of what they tell you. Shows that a man may not be able to provide emotional security in tough times.

Men should not cry in public or in front of people barring FUBAR scenarios.

Um, what’s wrong with that? I would actually be offended if a woman made fun of me for that. Maybe you have to go through it to understand but if you like your pet, it can be very emotional losing it

Personally I simply don’t care about animals passing away. I feel bad in general if you describe me a horrible situation that happened to a dog like an accident etc but I would never ever cry for a pet. But I’m good enough to understand why you feel sad about it.. which is ok and not a turn off

No, that would be fine. I wouldn’t have a problem with it. I actually would find it more weird if he WASN’T very upset about it.

No it's definitely not a turn off. That's a totally valid reason to cry and it's sad when dogs die. They're precious creatures who are worthy of being loved and mourned over.
