Is it common for little kids to behave pedophilic?

My girlfriends nephew is about 4..

The very first day I met him, he was in timeout
Me and my girlfriend were kissing, he’s turned around watching us.
I didn’t think much of it, just a little kid..

Then at dinner he was told to keep his hands on the table because he kept rubbing this other little girls behind..

Then yesterday he got in trouble for slapping the girls behind & walking around with his privates out, trying to show off..

is this common behavior?
I know it’s not normal but is it common

Certain things kids do are harmless, such as giving kisses or something, but the things your talking about aren't common or right really, he's obviously seen this behaviour by somebody, or seen and been around things he shouldn't have been, kids do what they see, so I suggest talking to the parents and telling them about it, and asking why this behaviour is happening!

Whenever he does it. His parents need to tell him in simple terms. Why it is a bad thing to do.

Some of that stuff is probably something he saw on TV. Perhaps his father smacks his mother on the ass. Anyways, he’s imitating behavior and learning about himself.

Nothing to worry about. It’s normal. He just needs to start learning that some behavior is not okay.
