I found a pink cut female nail at His house?

I went to spend a night with my boyfriend and when sat on the couch, saw 2 cut pink nails. Not mine.
I asked what cut female pink nails do at his couch
He said no woman visits him only his mom and daughter
I said i find it weird that they would cut their nails at his house. He said he has no idea, maybe its them
He said he has no idea, that no other women visits his house that it could be from the street or whatever, blabla
And that I can think whatever I want and he has nothing to hide... therr was no other woman at his place he says.
Uhm? whats going on?
