Wow, surprised to see so many guys went with A. I think older guys don't have the time or patients to want to mess with an untouched teaser who dresses slutly. I mean she's untouched for a reason and that is usually due to some not very good ones.
But when I was younger I used to think their was a huge allure to being with a virgin (which I assume is what you mean by untouched), but that's until I had good sex in my life and not is worth working really hard to be with a chick only to find out she sucks in bed or has no clue how to fuck. So I would rather be with someone with some experience and honestly I respect them more because they tend to be more honest about what they are about.
So even though the vote is lopsided I think there is an age factor involved. Because at 45, I definitely want a women who knows what she wants and it is about, because at my age if she's untouched then I am either robbing the cradle or this women has some serious sex issues.
I can't imagine a scenario in which I would ever only know these exact details about a girl and her personality, but if that were the case, I would almost certainly go with the untouched one, though without knowing anything about their respective promiscuity, it's more likely that I'd find the "classy" style more attractive.

Out of those two choices I would choose the untouched girl that dresses like a slut. Then I'd ask her to only dress that way when she is with me and not when she is by herself so she won't get hit on since it is sending the wrong message to others.

Neither of these situations define "better". The promiscuous classy dresser probably gets more looks, but that in no way makes her "better". If a guy is looking for a relationship (most guys are!), there's a lot more to the girl than how she dresses.
