What do guys think of a girl who keeps loving them even after being rejected?

A guy who says he isn't rejecting but does not want a relationship either - If a girl confesses twice and the guy respects his feelings but feels bad about not feeling the same. What would the guy think of this girl who keeps loving him despite no reciprocation of those feelings?
NOTE: The guy always respects her and responds to subtle flirt because both are friends since 5 years

Nothing really - in your case from what I've read he initially respects you and likes specifically as a friend - the subtle flirting almost always happens if they guy is attractive enough between friends - But I wouldn't read too much into it - He's being nice as a friend so he doesn't hurt you

She's wasting her time and effort. Why do women want someone they can't have? Cuz they see it as a rejection of their attractiveness. It's an insult, so they try harder.

Needy and desperate becomes the obvious point. Why not go find someone that loves you back?
