He’s normally an affectionate person so I’m like what is going on? is he falling out of love with me? I went to the bathroom in shock and I just stared at myself surprised. Next time just wrap his arms around you or your own around him. Being affectionate takes a level of investment too. Him not showing it might just as well be an alarm that he needs you as much as that he does not. When it comes to relationships I find that assuming they need you is typically better than assuming they do not care.

That's definitely something going on. If he's having problems staying hard, it's either psychological or physical and needs to be addressed, not ignored.

Sounds like maybe he is got something stuck in his head. Could be work related or just a mental block. Something might be bothering him. Or maybe he wants to try something new but is afraid to ask.
