Does it sometimes take guys long time to reply to a girl or is it always bad sign?

Yaa so make yourself visible of his attention. Send him a pic of yours partying with you friends. Have at least 2 boys to show that there is competition. Also make him somehow jealous. If that doesn't work. That's the trick my girlfriend tries when I ignore her calls for say 2 days... If that doesn't works, he is not into girls...

No it won't. Telling from my personal experience, earlier I had a bad habbit of staring at girls because i couldn't find courage to talk to them. So I was asked this absurd question by the girl " shall we make out here or in your dorm?" Although I was taken aback but I did liked her confidence. I apologized her and then we started dating... so it make not back fire everytime..
