My boyfriend doesn't text me anymore?

I decided to talk openly with my boyfriend last week on Tuesday saying I feel like he doesn't love me as much anymore it's not the first time we had this conversation how he stopped kissing me and when in his car I'm the only one who always grabs his hand but after 3 minutes he let my hand go I try to take it he let's go again makes me feel bad. Last week on Tuesday I asked why he doesn't kiss me as much anymore the kisses have become 2 seconds and it makes me very doubtful if he still love me even. He then said he feels like the kisses just aren't anything special anymore to him he said it became a everyday thing then he said he will try to make the kisses feel like something again which remind me of 3 month ago where he said the exact same thing and nothing changed then I asked if we should just break up he said no then next day at work he was just ignoring me and when a coworker was standing next to me calling him several times he just ignored him too then after Wednesday he had 2 days off I didn't see him at all but never got a text or anything sometimes when we had argued or something he would text me in the last 4 days nothing at all I then deleted him off my Instagram but he kept coming on my page watching my story and still has our photo together on all social media if he doesn't want me anymore why is just not breaking up? I dont get it
