Why would a guy getting married to someone else fixes his hair and shirt around you, act nervous and helps you a lot?

Maybe because he wants to look nice and is a nice guy? These things definitely don't say they're into someone or anything. Just because people make nice gestures doesn't mean they are into someone.
When im nervous i play/ redo my hair, play with my necklace or rings.

The guy can be attracted to you but not in love with you. It happens all the time. With females too. Attraction happens, it's what you do about your attraction that makes it wrong. If a man acts on his attraction he would be cheating.
