I think him and his wife are cool. I saw them last Christmas. We all talked a bit at a Christmas gathering. He was nice and funny
we were at a funeral and I saw him and waved but he didn’t really respond. I did it twice and he just kind of looked. He just seemed kind of distant..

You've already posted about this and the answer is the same. HE WAS AT A FUNERAL. Funerals are sad, somber occasions. People normally don't express much in terms of happy behavior. If I remember your other post correctly it was his family member's funeral too, which would reasonably explain his behavior.
He is not acting 'funny' at all. You just have a severe lack of self awareness. Have you perhaps asked him about it?
No we weren’t at the funeral at that time. It was a gathering but he was talking to people and he wasn’t sad or anything
"we were at a funeral" those are YOUR words OP... also, how could you possibly know what his mental state was at the time? Do you realize how you are coming across here?
Well for one it’s a funeral so he may have not been all there mentally. Two maybe he didn’t want to give his wife the impression that something was going on. I think waving shows happiness, feeling good, cheerful, so waving at a funeral probably isn’t the best place to wave cause you’re not exactly feeling that way.
His wife wasn’t there yet and this wasn’t at the funeral the time I waved. He was talking with someone and he didn’t seem sad or anything.
Doesn’t seem or look sad doesn’t mean he isn’t sad. Men tend to process things differently.
I mean it might have been because he was at a funeral… not sure what his relationship was to the deceased.
We were at the viewing and he didn’t look sad or anything he was talking with people
Hmm I don't know that’s odd
