Why can he go out but gets upset when I ask?

Hello everyone! I’m 6 months postpartum with my third baby. I had a baby Sep. 2020 and Sep. 2021 so I was kind of deprived of being able to go out and have some me time. My fiancé can go out whenever he pleases without hesitation or any worries about the kids because he knows I’ll be watching them and coming at 12am-1am. My friend asked me to go bar hopping this weekend with her of course after 2 years of not having a single drink I was excited and he got upset and threw a fit. Is this suspicious behavior and should I be worried about this?

Ya, that is extremely unfair.

Not trying to rock the boat, but i dont get a sense of mutuality in your reltionship. He should be willing to watch them from time to time, I was a stay at home dad for years. Its not that hard.

Men love logic, i would just out logic his ass about bein able to go out. Fair is fair.

Before kids he’s never really shown any control issues this started happening just recently! I used to be able to go out without any fits so I’m really suspicious that he’s doing it all of a sudden. Makes me think that he just doesn’t want me doing the things that he does when he goes out.
