My boyfriend gets irritated when we're out?

So we would be grocery shopping and he be touching me and stuff, etc. But sometimes we would be looking at stuff and I ask him which one he wants (he doesn't like to make decisions very much...), he suddenly has an attitude or becomes irritated and say to me "idc" "pick whatever you want", so I would look up and I would see a woman with a nice big booty some feet away from us and my boyfriend would pretend to look all around somewhere else. I don't mind the looking but the way he treats me when a woman like that around... is just wrong? Yet, before we walk out to go anywhere, he says I can wear anything revealing but that I "better not be flirting and trying to show off to other guys" but it's not like he's going to do anything if a guy looks at me anyway and he would think that I want a guy if I keep staring at a guy (he would be making jokes about it but you can tell by his face that he thinks you wanna be with somebody else).

It's not so much of the looking at booties. It's that he suddenly acts differently when there's a phat booty around and he would say it's not because of that or that he "didn't even notice she was there because I'm blind asf" but obviously it's a lie because even without his glasses, he can see a person just some feet away.

He does tell me my ass is fat, too, but when another fatter booty is around, it's a different story and he gets an attitude the rest of the day and doesn't talk to me very much.
