I had the courage to text my crush that I like him. And he left me on read and ghosted my texts. I’m very crushed. I don’t know if I should just block him? He obviously doesn’t like me right?

Maybe wait for a few days then text him again? He prob didn’t know how to respond to your text, or is maybe thinking how to respond. If he still doesn’t reply after several days, then yes you should move on. He’s not interested and doesn’t care to reject/explain.
