He must be checking to see if you have a boyfriend (Different vehicle parked there).
That, or he got used to your neighborhood for shopping and eating out.

He doesn’t really like going shopping or eating out he’s a very simple man but if he does do it, it’s in the suburbs
Plus it was super late at night so I think he must have been coming home from work
