Why does he drive past my house?

there's this guy I know... who despises me. Apparently he had a crush on me before but I kindly let him down. That didn't go well at. All... he started making fun of me and bullying me.

Fast forward to 3 years I moved back to my hometown and I still see him driving past my house. Apparently we live close by eachother but him going past my house is going out the way to his house. I just saw him and we made eye contact and he looked away quickly... why would a guy who despises me ALWAYS drives past my house if he doesn't like me?

This guy has told me he's a player and warned me about dating him... so I never did... but I still see him driving past my house

IMHO, a guy who drives by frequently as you describe (outside of it being a coincidence) doesn't hate you (probably the opposite), it sounds like he (immaturely) will settle for negative attention before no attention. Unless he seems to be escalating (to where you feel unsafe) chances are, if you Ignore him long enough, he'll find someone else to bother. Men, at least immature ones, are like neglected puppies or small kids: bad attn is still attn
