Why is he driving by my house?

Ok, so this guy a was dating, who I have not been out with in over 2mos, but still talk to maybe once a week, is driving by my house, yes he does live on my street but there are 2 other shorter, faster alternate routes he can take to go to work etc, this is when he drives by in the morning, right at the exact time I usually leave for work, this morning he drove by but I was running late so I was not in the driveway like normal, anyhow why is he driving by? He told me last Friday he would call this week, hasn't yet, but he's driving by? Also this is after I told him I was interested and would to explore the relationship further, it just doesn't make sense, he doesn't call, doesn't respond to what I told him, yet he's driving by? What is that about? Guys what up with the drive bys?

Maybe it's female intuition, but I agree with you -- this seems and feels a bit weird to me, too. Just a guess -- maybe he wants to talk to you face-to-face, rather than calling, so he is driving by in the hope of catching you for a quick conversation in front of your house? Maybe he is doing it for some other reason? I mean, really, who knows? Other than this recent weirdness, did this guy seem erratic or strange in any way? If he keeps doing this for a few more days, and doesn't call you, I'd probably start getting a little more concerned. But maybe that's just me.

If he wasn't interested in you, he wouldn't be driving past your house. Obviously, he likes you and he enjoys talking to you. He wouldn't be driving by your house for no reason.

I don't think its that big of a deal if he drives past your house. I mean I wouldn't drive an alternate route just because I broke up with someone. Why should I let that person change my life or make it any more difficult? Don't over think it. I mean if you catch him peeking in your bedroom window at 2 in the morning then you may have a problem.

Oh sorry maybe he didn't break up with you. I mean he told you he would call you this week maybe he will. Don't get to paranoid over it. I mean I would think it was more weird if every time I drove down the street someone looked out their house window at me.

I don't have any female intuition and I'd agree with epavlova and say that is one strange fella especially with the high prices in gasoline. :)

I'd question him on it. Either he is waiting for his testis to descend in order to ask you out or he is just plain strange. It's not like you didn't make it clear to him that you like him.
