If you were friends with a guy and really liked him would you be mad at him forever and keep him blocked because he ignored you? Even if you were the one that messed things up by playing games?

No, but I'm not every girl. I can't speak for every girl. I don't tend to be the one that gets ignored, rather I'm the ignorer. I always "sign myself up" to talk to someone, and then after a while I get sick of them. It's a crappy way to be, I will give you that.

I’m the guy who ignored her. I did it because she hurt me. I reached back out to her but she blocked me for a while now. I tried to communicate with her before she hurt me but she didn’t open up and tell me the issue

Take it as a lesson I suppose. To communicate when someone has hurt your feelings. . Silent treatment is abusive in nature.
She needs to communicate better too.

Leave her be and don’t focus too much on it. If she cares enough about it she will come around when she’s over if

Yes. When someone hurts your feelings, you tell them “I do not appreciate what you did (be specific), it hurt my feelings”.
Ignoring people makes the situation worse. She might not even know that she hurt your feelings, because you didn’t tell her.
