Usually something that indicates that we something big in common, or that shows she's the kind of person I'd enjoy spending time with. Sexy is good, don't doubt it, but the proportion of the time you spend together doing even vaguely sexual stuff is usually pretty low; finding somebody who laughs at your jokes and doesn't recoil when she catches you staring pensively into the distance and asks "What are you thinking about?" only to be told "I was wondering who'd win in a fight between Play-Doh and Silly Putty". One who'll actually join in that line of thinking and make it a conversation is DEFINITELY relationship material. One who suggests you run to the store to get the stuff for an experiment may even be marriage material.
