The guy I’m dating is looking for housemates, he is looking for female professionals no males. Why is this?

Without any more information, we can only list possibilities. Some are creepy, some pragmatic.

In general, I think women would be better at cleaning up after themselves. Better at sharing responsibilities. I know I'm repeating stereotypes. I also know guys can be pigs. I certainly was when I had roommates.

On the creepy side, is he looking to exploit the more intimate living arraignment? That could give him an outlet for all sorts of disgusting behaviors.

It's worth asking him "why aren't you looking for other guy roommates?" The way he answers may me more interesting than the words. Is he comfortable. Looking for lame reasons... Does he have valid, believable justifications.

Simply women are better. Though if it was possible my first ask would be for you to move in.
It wouldn't mean anything on my loyalty. Whether it does to him or not I don't know. But maybe he is just like me and thinks women are better.
